Hey there and thanks for stopping by! My name is Igor, I'm a slacker, musician, amateur linguist, and skateboarder. Over the past year I have written 10 short stories, 4 plays and more than hundred poems (with ⅕ of them in English, and the rest in Russian, which is my native language).

During 2010 I also managed to push my way through about 10,000 books' pages, consisting no sign of pulp fiction, which may lead one to a conclusion that letters are my loyal buddies. Right they are, they are. (Between you and me and the lamppost, writing is nothing hard: composing an essay in outer space is easier than finding a gas station or Starbucks ibid.)

As I mentioned, I am obsessed with music. Keyboards are my hobbyhorse, and it's no wonder considering my ability to type 300 words in 4 to 5 minutes. I compose experimental music – heavily improvised and electronic by nature, it has its roots in noise. I digitally process my Casio synth to build surreal soundscapes, intended to create singular atmosphere.
